There is a big group in SA who use Genie too. They made some fairly extensive requests for the program to be modified and ended up with a module they seem to have stayed with and converted friends and colleagues to. The same goes for ophthalmology, where the module includes a number of special features. .

The vast majority of them up here use Genie, a handful on MSS/P/P.
