Oliver is dreaming of GP nirvana. It's good to dream but I think this
particular item is fantastic (as in the stuff of fantasy).
This raises another issue for Geoff Sayer to consider in designing his
survey. Is it asking about what we would want in an ideal world, no
matter how unlikely this is to occur within our working lives, or is the
survey going to ask us to suggest things that we believe have a (say)
50% or better chance of being implemented within the next five years?
Geoff, it will be a good idea either to make this (whichever it is to
be) explicit in the introductory information of the survey.
