It's all configurable, user interface for config is just missing yet.
Meaning each practice will pre-configure how many doctors and which ones are 
shown on any particular day

I am never booked out in advance - always reserve 1/4 of possible appt slots 
for the day. I do not allow my receptionists to book out in advance (other 
than the 3/4 of slots, used to be 1/3 but 1/4 turned out more realistic) so 
that I always can see urgent patients on the day

Seriously - a month view is no problem, but it never came to my mind that it 
would be desirable
