I fear you are right. Now, who do we cast as the Moses leading us out of
the wilderness....
Lots of people and technologies are contenders. Like the emulation guys,
the thin-client guys, Horst with his Linux EHR, etc.
You have done well to avoid complaints from your colleagues that their
favourite drug rep can't install his/her gee-whiz widget on their
machine, though you and I would probably see that as a great advantage.
The eventual mix needs to be pretty turn-key to be widely adopted.
Horst's SATA box is a great idea. We must find out the model he uses.
