Please excuse the cross-post, HCN support are a little busy this
morning.
We have a site that when billing their fee rate defaults to Rebate 85
rather than Schedule Fee.
They have historically addressed this by hacking the 85% amount to 100%.
Changing the default fee rate in Admin - Doctors makes no difference.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Site in question is on 3.40
