I find this odd.  When I got my B4H Telstra insisted I get a static address.
Same with other GP's I know that signed on with Telstra.  My address still
is static and so are theirs.  Maybe Telstra likes me better.

Thanks for correcting my statement.

2nd iteration follows:

"All the B4H surgeries I've had anything to do with have static IP. I'd 
never recommend Telstra broadband to anyone, B4H or otherwise."

My understanding, right or wrong, is that static IP was part of the B4H 
prerequisite, as Horst states he recommended. So, perhaps my natural 
inclination to avoid Telstra may have unwittingly benefited some 
practices in ways I hadn't realised.
