Harsh words Syan. I think that hundreds of GP practices who have been helped getting going with Argus, or Divisions who have been assisted to coordinate their messaging initiatives by ArgusConnect Business Analysts, or those users who have had their requests for changes developed into new versions of Argus would disagree with you strongly. No second secretary either; we are lucky to have a part time admin person to make out our pays.

Can I suggest that you come up to Ballarat some time Syan and I will be happy to show you our operation. It gets rather hectic for a company adding 'squat' value to Argus. ;-)

However I agree with the main thrust of your (rash) statement, and that is that the user-base risk is minimised by the fact that Argus is based on open standards.
