My workshop was entirely operating system independent - just mentioning general principles of IT infrastructure starting at power supplies and fault detection and ending with reasonable backup strategies, with a few sweeties like VoIP in a practice setting thrown in. Also had a presentation next day which was much better attended (room full) - that presentation was about using IT for communication with both colleagues and patients, eg linking the hospital and the practoce and community driven web sites Still haven't managed to unpack my suitcase - presentations are in there on one of my spare laptops. Will put them up for donwload on ozdocit website a.s.a.p.
