Simon, Have you received feedback from MedAus yet regarding this? Can practices who did not apply by September apply for future quarters? I presume the percentages of 'majority' would be drawn from Accreditation Standards i.e. 90% of records for Allergies recorded, 50% of records contain current health problems and past history items.
