Here's a tip:
  
You may not want either of these lines to appear as part of  
the letter itself.  For example, you may want to identify the 
patient as:
  
Mr. Anthony Moore, date of birth 5/6/59

If this is the case, you can put the special Argus lines 
that David has shown at the bottom of the letter in the 
smallest  font that your system provides.  Argus doesn't care 
what font  they are in, as long as the information is there.  
WARNING: 
don't include those two lines  in a white font in order to  
make them invisible, because somebody may overtype them not  
knowing that they are there.
