Since they happily accepted hitting patients in the consulting room with doctor directed pharmaceutical ads (can somebody explain me please why doctor magazines in the waiting room would be a no-no because of the ads, but software displaying the same ads to the patients is OK?), they might now be a bit more considerate and target the patients? A one stop shop solution - go and see your doctor, find out whom to use to sue him same consultation, lawyer happy, ....
