Quick clarification: -MS products don't work on any other platforms. -Non-MS products do a reasonable job of working on multiple platforms, INCLUDING MS windows, despite all the spoilers that MS puts into its platform and file formats. This is an often misquoted concept. The fact that non-MS products perform okay often on windows, or with windows file formats, is to the credit of the other products. jh -- DAMAGE: [laughs] That's Neil's little joke, sir. Brian, Brian Damage. Currently working on my PhD in astrophysics, actually. But recently I did work on a degree in art history. But it was no use for a job. NEIL'S DAD: What kind of job had you in mind? DAMAGE: Maybe some kind of a bank job, you know. NEIL'S DAD: Nice safe job? DAMAGE: Yeah, possibly, possibly. _______________________________________________ Gpcg_talk mailing list [email protected] http://ozdocit.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gpcg_talk
