Hi David,

BPS Viewer is a viewer and I don't think you can use it to manipulate the data. (This really is not something I do. SQL queries can be written within BP and that seems to me, tobe a much easier way to interrogate the database) BPS Viewer means each table can however be exported as either an XML file or as a text document. The data in that format can then be used however you choose.
