Hi Tim,

Its still nice to see something being done the right way - i.e. Design a spec 
to solve a
problem, implement, learn and then modify spec so it works as desired. All with 
pretty
open and free standards. (LOINC, HL7 etc)

 From where NEHTA appears to be now Auspath has a few years ahead of it yet!

Probably well after the "T" has disappeared from NEHTA.
