This FOSS Firefox extension looks interesting, because it can capture
structured field information from a web page. For anyone who has
spent a lot of time typing in references for any research work in the
bad old days, this is seriously cool.
Last I looked years ago there was very little open source
bibliographic software (uni bought a site licence for commercial
software). Now there is lots.
