With Ozefax it all comes in as e-mail attachments to our receptionist
e-mail. They sort it and forward as needed or place in the DHB for us to
file in MD3. 
When we fax things off with fax launcer it works exactly like a fax machine
- enter the phone number in international format, add a cover letter prn and
send it off. I get a confirmation e-mail if it has been delivered (or not).

Our VOIP also makes the answering service easier - any message left is
forwarded by the PABX as a sound attachment via e-mail to me.
