In Sydney last month John Colbert reported Andrew Morgan as saying that
bugs are going into the linux kernel faster than they are coming out. Of
course this reflects the pace of development.

Probably the only operating system with no bugs is Minix3 but then it
has few drivers.

P.S. The Windows operating system is also said to have bugs.
