a couple of years ago I participated in a GP-specialist secure messaging
pilot at a neighbouring Division. We found that the GP end was
straightforward and GP's could send stuff via Argus from the Letter
Writer easily.
The specialist end was much harder with a range of applications,
including Word, which could be configured with the then-current
ArgusWord macro. Since then a printer-level add on, working much like
computer fax, may have been added to Argus. I haven't yet checked the
latest version for such a utility.
My query is, when Tristan installs Argus for specialists, is he now able
to set it up for secure messaging in their practices, given the wide
variety of software specialists use? If this configuration to the
specialists' software, to enable secure messaging for them as easily as
you do it, the problem may not be solved.
