Yup, although one perhaps wouldn't want to expose the Web interface to
the Big bad Internet, as Perl CGI applications are notorious for failing
to properly quote or handle data inputs, allowing hackers to mount SQL
injection attacks or otherwise "own" the Web server. Not saying that
this particular application suffers from that sort of vulnerability, but
would need to be looked into. Or just run it on your intranet only.

But there be so much interest in this, if it is useful, that such issues
will quickly be discovered and fixed.
