On your points I remember.. 1. I think the political implementation system does work (in US,UK, Europe and here for sure) in terms of leaders being able to do things..now whether they do the things you want or hope for - whole different ball-park - but another topic I think! 2. I think the trajectory of progress in the US, Canada, UK and I agree Europe is better than in Australia at present in the e-health domain. We were doing quite well a few years back but have slipped badly recently in my view in an overall sense.
