But then when I just have to get back on the Internet, I have a cheap dial-up account which uses an 019 phone number, and connects anywhere in Oz for the price of an untimed local call. This allows me to connect at the surgery in emergencies, or anywhere when I am roaming with my laptop and plugged into a landline.
