Yeah...right on Oliver. I've sent "rude" messages about this issue to many politicians (and bureaucrats) for years. It has been a particularly important issue in country areas in this State, but no bastard takes any notice, although I do see that some pollies are beginning to see the light over the last few months. Very difficult to change, as it will mean the death of many bureaucratic jobs. I guess it will come to pass in the "fullness of time"! Cheers. G
