Yes, I had a look at it a couple of years ago. The technical lead is a guy from Bond University and the development work is in India. At that time its main focus was administrative rather than clinical but it probably has clinicals now. They were particularly proud of the development environment and tools used in its construction.

I understand that he teamed up with some Masters level Computer Science students (from one of the QLD unis) for the initial development which started a few years back. He used it in his own practice while they refined it, and actively started promoting it at the Sydney GPCE in May last year. I haven't had a chance to look into it in any detail unfortunately.
