I calculate $13,500 project cost. assumptions: 1. never more than 1 person working at one time, but at least one person working 2. Work per day is about 2 hours out of 24 3. Work per week is about 5 out of 7 days. 4. avg salary if full time is 55000/year. 5. 4 years spent on work
