G'day Thinus,
I am no longer taking care of this investigation and have moved on to
another department. Ian Jenkins has taken on the Collection of Data for
this now, I will forward this on to him. His Email is

Dear Ian
It has been two months since Chris has forwarded details of our problem
to you. In that time I have taken to not using the examination module at
all as it invariably would crash MD several times a day. The full
details has repeatedly been sent to Chris and others. Despite this I
still face several restarts each day whenever I use the letter writer
module followed by printing off investigation results to accompany the
letter. I also sometimes happens when printing scripts. You should have
a mountain of error reports that has been sent to Chris and nothing has
been done/changed AFAIK.
I will now once again send every single error message that I get to you,
same as I did to Chris - this may clog up your inbox but I frankly don't
care as I am sick and tired of these daily MD3 crashes.
I will also copy this e-mail and all replies to every GP discussion
forum that I belong to as this problem has now dragged on for nearly a
year and no-one at HCN seems interested in solving it.
Yours truly
Thinus van Rensburg
