The medicines terminology was meant to be done years ago. I think the
WAlter and turnbull consultancy report to the Medicines Coding
Council of Australia reported in November 2002.

The problem as usual is giving the job to people who have no
pecuniary interest in the end user (health care worker) or consumer
value proposition
