We plan to print a delegates list; if you do not wish your name and affiliation

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received in writing 2 weeks before the event for full
refund.
A partial refund of half the total paid will be awarded for cancellations
received in the 2 weeks prior to the event up until one day before the event.
No refund can be awarded if a delegate fails to attend the conference without
notification.
