Issues identified on the HCN forum if you plan on running the MD 3.6 update:
If running XP pro, needs SP2 otherwise will not load.
Generally, server will take 45 mins & workstations 10-20 mins each.
Post upgrade will need to run your backup from the GUI to set a new
config file as the SQL server has changed.
Problems loading onto SBS 2003 Needs SP1 to install other wise dumps in
the middle of loading and requires full reinstall to recover suggest
wait a bit if you have SBS 2003
