Hi
I spent most of today updating my system from 3.5 to 3.6. Everything
seemed to have worked well until I started logging in under various user
profiles into PS3.6.
Within my own XP profile I have no problem regardless of whose login I
use to test this.
In other users' profiles I intermittently manage to get myself logged in
without an error but my staff and the other doctor consistently gets the
following error:
" Problems loading Medicare Australia Online Claiming. Error (9111): If
createCryptoStore - a PSI store already exists in the nominated folder.
Other wise a problem has been encountered using PKI services. Repeating
the function call should be successful"
This is effectively crashing any online claiming in my practice. I
urgently need this fixed by/before monday - can anyone help
