Hello everyone, Just to let you know, we found the cause of our problems.
We discovered that not all of the recommend kernel setting was configured on the clients ( on server was everything ok, but the clients had some setting missing ), and IBM support pointed to this document that describes perfectly our issues and the fix wich suggest to raise some parameters even higher than the standard "best practice" :
