That protocol change also brought a change in behavior when overwriting the same file: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6956768 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2056884 Getting that addressed is a pre-requisite for RHEL9 support, otherwise significant parts of the mm cli would have to be changed.
