A recent Red Hat Security Advisory (https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2025:15668) that was released on 9/11/25 for RHEL9.4 may crash a Storage Scale node and prevent it from coming online after reboot. This Advisory, and specifically kernel-5.14.0-427.88.1.el9_4.src.rpm, should be avoided and not patched on Scale nodes until a version of Storage Scale is available with the fix.
