Advanced edition uses exactly the same RPMs as the standard edition and indeed so does Express edition.
The only difference in terms of RPMs is that Advanced edition includes extra RPMs (and Express less).

Subject: [gpfsug-discuss] Switching from Standard to Advanced
Date: Fri, Nov 27, 2015 10:03 PM
Hello group:
Is there any special procedure or caveats involved in going from Standard Edition to Advanced Edition (besides purchasing the license, of course)? Can the Advanced Edition RPM’s (I’m on RedHat EL 6.7) simply be installed in place over the Standard Edition?
I would like to implement the new AFM-based DR feature in version 4.1.1, but this requires the Advanced Edition.
Thanks,
Bryan
