There was some horrible way to do the same thing in previous versions of Spectrum Archive using the policy engine, which was more granular than the dsmmigfs command is now.
I will ask one of the Scale developers if the developers might think about allowing multiples of the sub-block size, as this would make sense- 16 MiB is a very big stub to leave behind!
