the transition is underway and Benjamin has been using our ticket system on 
lighthouse for a while now. 2.0.17 is the version with which also the 
source-code was ported over to Github. his mailing list will be closed by the 
end of the month (it has become part of gpgtools-users list. and sooner or 
later sourceforge will be closed. but that is up to benjamin, whenever he 
thinks the time is appropriate, to close SF.
