Normally all keyservers should sync each other. So if you'd not have the key, 
it's regardless, which server is contacted.

BUT … what I think, could be interesting: IF someone has a key, and this key 
gets updates meanwhile (like my keys did several days ago), HOW will someone 
who HAS the key ever be informed, that something might have changed, i. e. 
extended or revoked? So maybe maybe it would be interesting to include a 
mechanism to update keys frequently, or better say to check if “updates are 
available”. How is it? :-)
