This sounds like the problem that I reported a couple of weeks back... It only occurred when using PGP.Mime encoding, and only when my incoming signed mails were moved from the Inbox to another folder using an APple Mail rule; what seems to happen is that the PGP/Mime entity heders get mangled by the rule. On the receiving end, you can fix it by disabling rucks that move incoming mails; on the sending side you can fix it by disabling PGP/Mime support.
