I installed version 1.3.2 using the installer release. I first tested the "Golden Master" release, then the final release. Never had a problem. Please check that in ~/Library/Preferences/Mail/Bundles there's *only* GPGMail.mailbundle (version 1.3.2). If there is any additional plug-in, please get rid of it, and try again. Historically, Mail.app has very low tolerance for plug-ins. Please also check that if you have a folder named 'Bundles (Disabled)', that folder is empty.
