At the moment, the wwwkeys.at.pgp.net server is practically the only available server if I use GPG Keychain Access. If anyone is aware of other, more "universal" servers not listed in the dropdown menu in GPG Keychain Access's Preferences, I'd be happy to hear about them. Strangely, if I clean a selected server in the text field and try to insert a server not listed in the dropdown menu, the "pizza wheel of death" starts spinning, the app becomes unresponding, and I have to force quit the app. Is this a known bug or supposed to happen? Shouldn't it be possible to add other keyservers than those 9 already listed? I'm running GPG Keychain Access 0.8.6 on Mac OS X 10.6.7.
Hi Hans,I personally have good experiences with using pool.sks-keyservers.net as keyserver. See the website at http://sks-keyservers.net for more information on this pool of synchronised keyservers.
