interesting use-case. I receive many encrypted mails thus for me a special alarm for receiving an encrypted mail would make me go crazy. Since encrypted mail can be sent in several formats you'd have to look at what they all have in common in order to create a valid mail-rule that sets off your alarm. Maybe someone else could elaborate on this?
