The command executed is:

rm -rf /Network/Library/Mail/Bundles/GPGMail.mailbundle 
/Library/Mail/Bundles/GPGMail.mailbundle 
$HOME/Library/Mail/Bundles/GPGMail.mailbundle

Any idea why this didn't work for you?
