Hi Duane, of course there is. Have you tried the uninstaller that comes with the installation file? What software do you want to uninstall? If you don't have the installation file anymore, pls visit http://www.gpgtools.org/ and re-download. Once the dmg is mounted, you'll see the uninstaller.
May I ask, why you want to get rid of the Tools? Didn't they work for you? Would be nice, if you'd let us know.
