Seems to be bad english in the first place. Would "Generating revoke 
certificate has failed!" be better? Hey native speakers, this is your chance to 
contribute! :P

Besides that: It means that when the user has tried to create a revocation 
certificate (which you need to revoke your key), that process has failed. I 
don't know how to explain this better. For understanding the concept behind 
this maybe https://github.com/GPGTools/GPGKeychainAccess/wiki is a good 
info-text.
