Ralph—

You probably want to run the GPGTools installer on your system first. See 
http://www.gpgtools.org/installer/

That will install everything you should need, including a non-working version 
of GPGMail. Then, you want to install the new GPGMail bundle.

(Not signing this message, since the previous message I attempted contains no 
content when I look at the copy in my "Sent" folder. I installed the new 
bundle, by copying it into /Libraries/Mail/Bundles, and Mail 5 started up fine 
with no complaints, no crashes. I did a test decrypt on an existing message, 
that worked fine. I attempted to send a signed message to the list, and, as I 
say, that—apparently—went out empty. Look like a good start, I still need to 
try encrypting. Are there release notes? Have the repositories been updated?)
