thats correct but we've not released a new GPGTools version, yet.

You can either
a) download GPG Keychain Access directly [1] or
b) test this release I've just compiled: [2]. The changes are:
 * #76 Update to Enigmail 1.2.1
 * #77 Wrong permissions when installing Enigmail
 * #75 Fixed PPC compatibility with GPG Keychain Access
 * Other small changes
