This is correct.

The only application (the others are system files, plugins, service menus, 
system preferences, ...) is "/Applications/GPG Keychain Access.app".

There is no such application in our installer. I assume you've downloaded this 
app somewhere else (i.e. not from http://gpgtools.org) or it is in your 
application folder since a couple of years.

Sure:

1. Go to http://www.gpgtools.org/installer/index.html
2. Click on "pre-release" (since the current GPGMail implementation for Lion is 
ongoing)
3. Start the installer

Then you should have everything you need. Please consider to have a look at all 
the screenshots, videos, and descriptions from 
http://www.gpgtools.org/projects.html

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask again.
