I have the latest Lion on an imac 21. There is no such application in our installer. I assume you've downloaded this app somewhere else (i.e. not from http://gpgtools.org) or it is in your application folder since a couple of years. > Can you please help, or direct me to a link that explains what I need to do > .... I was trying not to download all the indivisual components. Sure: 1. Go to http://www.gpgtools.org/installer/index.html 2. Click on "pre-release" (since the current GPGMail implementation for Lion is ongoing) 3. Start the installer Then you should have everything you need. Please consider to have a look at all the screenshots, videos, and descriptions from http://www.gpgtools.org/projects.html If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask again.
