I'd a PowerBook once. Nice machine. Unfortunately I don't have 10.5 and neither 
anyone of the core team. Furthermore, Apple dropped 10.5+PPC support in Lion. 
Therefore, we've to drop support for 10.5 soon. But we should try to publish a 
last 10.5/PPC compatible version.

Right, there is no Current MacGPG2 for PPC. You must check MacGPG1. Or Try 
MacGPG2 2.0.16 from https://github.com/GPGTools/MacGPG2/downloads.

I guess so - although you might experience some issues in particular with the 
password dialog. Maybe some 10.5 user from this list can give you more support.
