Hey Bill, I assume that you are talking about 10.7.2.
Lion support is under development at the moment. We have a rather stable alpha version included in the latest GPGTools Installer. Please go over to http://www.gpgtools.org/installer/index.html and give the pre-release a try. Let us know if you encounter any problems.
