Without installing the package, I reviewed it using Pacifist. What I am finding inside is leaving me confused. There is nothing indicating that it contains the latest alpha build of GPGMail. Instead it only has GPGMail for Snow Leopard and Leopard, neither of which work on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. Rather than install this GPGTools package and potentially ruining my currently working installation, let me instead point folks to the most current version of GPGMail's alpha build, version 2.0a4: https://github.com/downloads/GPGTools/GPGMail/GPGMail-2.0a4.dmg The general URL to use for further builds of GPGMail is: http://www.gpgtools.org/gpgmail/index.html Then click on the link "pre-release" on the bottom line of the 'Download…' box. The 'pre-release' link is updated as new builds are released. I currently have GPGMail 2.0a4 working fine with Apple Mail 5.1 in that I am able to work with my encryption keys and sign my emails. I have not tested it beyond that functionality as of yet. CONCLUSION: Personally, I would point people to the latest alpha build of GPGMail rather than what I am finding inside the current installer package for GPGTools. Sorry. I hope this is helpful to everyone. :-Derek ~~~~~~~~~~~~ > Am 10.10.2011 um 10:51 schrieb Josh Wright: > >> Good Morning, >> >> I'd just like to enquire if GPG Mail will be made compatible for Lion >> anytime soon. >> >> Regards >> >> -- >> Joshua Wright >> Project Coordinator & Security Maintenance Sysadmin >> London Internet Exchange Ltd, Trinity Court, Trinity Street, >> Peterborough, PE1 1DA >> Registered in England number 3137929 >> E-Mail: j...@linx.net >> >> _______________________________ On Oct 11, 2011, at 10/11,1:16 PM, Derek Currie wrote: > Answer: No, not yet. > > Watch #135 Meta Ticket: Make GPGMail bundle compatible with Mail 5.0 (OS X > 10.7 Lion): > http://gpgtools.lighthouseapp.com/projects/65764/tickets/135 =================== Derek Currie derekcur...@mac.com =================== http://Mac-Security.blogspot.com http://MacSmarticles.blogspot.com http://zunipus.blogspot.com http://DerekCurrie.tumblr.com http://movies.groups.yahoo.com/group/dwaynecameronfanclub http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ymorare
