This is possible today if you enable WiFi sync with iTunes, but I think that requires iOS 5.0 and the latest iTunes update. Once that is enabled, you can pass files to and from the app through the iTunes file-sharing interface without being physically connected. > 2) Ability to define preferred keyserver/s I will consider that.
